1. CHANGE / CANCELLATION / PAYMENT POLICY
- Each Hotel will have its own rules of change / cancellation / check out, Customers need to comply and comply with the policy of change / cancellation / check out of each Hotel. This policy will be specified in the detailed information of each Hotel and in the Customer's online booking. Customers can only change / cancel / check out when they meet the conditions specified in the change / cancel / check policy that the hotel has booked.
 
- In case the customer does not change / cancel / check out successfully and does not check in at the time specified in the online booking, the customer must still pay the full room charge for that reservation.
 
2. MONEY REFUND POLICY
2.1 REFUND CONDITIONS
 
Only applicable to successful bookings, successful bookings are counted from the moment the customer receives a check-in slip from the customer service staff of Huy Dat hotel via email;
 
- Complaint information is only resolved by Huy Dat hotel and refunded when the Customer calls or emailed notification within 24 hours from the time of check-in by the customer;
 
- For complaints about attached services of the room, it is only applicable to hotel rooms posted on the hotel details page on the website www.huydathotel.com;
 
- Customer provides evidence to prove that Customer's claim is true, correct and well-grounded;
 
2.2 THE CASE HUY DAT HOTEL REFUNDS
 
- The hotel does not provide the room or does not provide the correct number of rooms according to the information in the reservation that the customer has successfully paid, Huy Dat hotel commits to refund the room that the hotel does not provide. or do not provide enough that the Customer has paid and donated a coupon with a value equal to the amount paid by the Customer.
 
- The hotel does not provide the correct room class compared with the room in the booking Customer has successfully paid, the Customer will be upgraded by Huy Dat hotel free of charge or donated a coupon valued at equal to the number money the Customer has paid (depending on the Client's choice).
 
- If the services with the booked room (such as breakfast, wifi ...) do not match the content in the order has been paid successfully, the customer will be given a valid coupon by Huy Dat hotel. with 10% of the amount paid by the customer but not more than VND 500,000.
 
2.3 COMPLAINT SETTLEMENT AND MONEY REFUND PROCESS FOR CUSTOMERS
 
a. Complaint resolution process
 
- When the cases mentioned in section 2.2 above arise, please call 0965979479 - 02523 878 989 or email to huydat979@gmail.com. The content of the complaint should provide an order code. Complaint information is only resolved by Huy Dat hotel when the customer calls or sends email responses within 24 hours from the time of check-in by the customer. Telephone hotline only available during business hours.
 
- Upon receiving a complaint from the Customer, Huy Dat Hotel has the right to check the authenticity of the complaint requests from the Customer. If Customer does not provide verification evidence or Huy Dat Hotel has reconfirmed and found the Customer's message incorrect, Huy Dat Hotel reserves the right to refuse to resolve. In the event of a dispute or conflict between related parties, the decision of Huy Dat Hotel is the final decision to resolve the complaint.
 
- Customer's complaint settlement time is up to 3 working days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
 
b. Refunds and coupons or discount codes
 
- Refund time for customers is within 3 working days from the date Huy Dat Hotel confirms the result of settlement of complaints for customers.
 
- Regulations on coupons and / or discount codes:
 
Coupon codes are emailed to the Client;
 
The discount code can only be used once, cannot be exchanged for cash, does not apply to holidays, cannot be used concurrently with other promotions;
 
Coupon code with expiry date is included in email sent by Huy Dat hotel
 
If the order is canceled, the discount code will not be refunded.
 
2.4 DISCLAIMER OF THE HUY DAT HOTEL
 
- Huy Dat Hotel is exempted from liability when it occurs in one of the force majeure cases in accordance with the law.
 
- Huy Dat Hotel is exempted from liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
 
- In all cases, Huy Dat Hotel's liability of compensation does not exceed the total amount that the Customer has paid for the successful booking is violated.
